STM Operational Suspension

The Chief Executive Officer has confirmed that Sustainable Transport Midlands CIC has suspended operations as of Tuesday 9th May 2023 at 23:59 until further notice.

Dear Colleagues, Stakeholders, and Interested Parties,

I write to inform you with regret that, effective Tuesday, 9th May 2023 at 23:59, Sustainable Transport Midlands business operations will be temporarily suspended until further notice. The decision to suspend our operations has been made due to a series of operational issues that have come to our attention, which require immediate attention and resolution.

In light of these challenges, Corporate Executive has undertaken the responsibility of conducting a comprehensive review of our operations. The purpose of this review is to carefully evaluate the underlying factors contributing to the operational issues and to develop effective strategies for their resolution. We are committed to ensuring the long-term sustainability and success of our organisation.

While we understand the importance of transparency, we regret that we cannot disclose the specific details surrounding these operational issues at this time. The sensitive nature of the situation necessitates careful handling and resolution by our team. Rest assured, we are actively working to address these challenges and to find effective solutions to reinstate our operations as soon as possible.
