Governance Executive Committee.

Our Executive Committee is responsible for making decisions upon approval from the Board of Directors, and all Central Level 1 staff members attend meetings. The committee is chaired by the Chief Executive Officer.

Our Executive Committee is made up of all our Executive Directors, including the Chief Executive Officer, General Counsel, Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Shared Services Officer. Our three Regional Principals also attend meetings. We meet regularly and vote on vital strategic decisions, sometimes requiring approval by the Board of Directors.

The Executive Committee is chaired by the Chief Executive Officer or a nominee if the CEO is unavailable.

Harry Burr is CEO at Sustainable Transport Midlands, and also acts as a Board Director. He founded STM in 2020 as Sustainable Transport Northamptonshire, through a campaign aiming to introduce a new station in the county. He's led STM through major change, and now works in the transport sector full-time.

Chief Marketing Officer

Omkar Shinde is a Serial Entrepreneur who moved from India to the United Kingdom in 2021 to pursue his Masters and establish his future business in London. He is currently the CMO at STM, where he uses his marketing expertise to generate traction, expand awareness, boost social presence, build a social brand, and oversee marketing teams.

Group Company Secretary

Xiaolu Chen is a Fellow member of the ACCA in addition to having a strong education background, including a BSc and two MSc degrees with distinction from two UK top universities. Xiaolu has 14 years of experience in Accounting and Finance, including senior leadership roles such as Finance Director.
